Smiling Hope Foundation is a Tanzanian organization working with local daycare partners. Our U.S. charitable fundraising is conducted through our U.S. nonprofit partner, Oral Health Care Partnership (OHCP). Donations for OHCP's Tanzania daycare program are received and administered by OHCP under its charitable policies and grant-making arrangements, with OHCP retaining control and discretion over the funds.
