Smiling Hope Foundation(SHF) is a Tanzanian organization working with local daycare partners. Our U.S. charitable fundraising and grant-making activities are conducted through our U.S. nonprofit partner, Oral Health Care Partnership (OHCP). Donations designated for OHCP’s Tanzania daycare program are received and administered by OHCP in accordance with its charitable purposes, policies, and grant-making arrangements. OHCP retains control and discretion over charitable funds and works with SHF through a formal partnership and grant-making relationship.
